ENG vs ZIM: Big blow to Zimbabwe, this player is out of the only Test against England

The Zimbabwe cricket team has suffered a major setback ahead of next week's only Test with England. Actually, its 27-year-old medium pacer Trevor Gwandu has pulled out due to injury. Under these circumstances, fast bowler Tanaka Chivanga has been named in the Zimbabwe team for the Test in place of Gwandu. Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed this on Friday.

A statement from Zimbabwe Cricket explained that Trevor Gwandu strained his left groin during training this week. Thus, the 31-year-old Chivanga has come back into the side following his recovery from injury. Tanaka Chivanga's debut was for Zimbabwe in a Test for West Indies two years ago. He has played two Tests. Zimbabwe is set to play a one-off Test in Trent Bridge from May 22-25. This is Zimbabwe's first English soil Test in over two decades, with the last of these matches being in 2003.
