Tata Motor is a leading automotive company in India that offers a range of vehicles. The company is gearing up to launch the Tata Punch Facelift model in the compact SUV segment. Before the launch, information regarding variants and features of the upcoming compact SUV is out.

Tata is set to come up with the Punch Facelift in India. Even before the car has been launched, news about different versions of this SUV, as well as different features, has already been shared.

According to reports, Tata will offer the Punch in six variants: Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished, and Accomplished+.

Along with the details regarding the variants offered by the SUV, there have been some revelations regarding the details of certain special features. After the update, the SUV would come equipped with the following options: steering wheel, 360-degree camera, connected taillight, auto-dimming IRVM, ABS with cornering feature, LED fog lamps, digital instrument cluster, and blind-spot monitor.

Reports suggest that the manufacturer may also offer a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine in the SUV's petrol variants, which could be offered in both the Tata Altroz ​​and the Punch. Which produces 118 bhp and 170 Newton meters of torque.

The manufacturer has already informed that the facelift of this SUV will be officially launched in the Indian market on January 13.

Currently, the ex-showroom price of the Punch starts at Rs 5.50 lakh. However, after the facelift, its price may be increased. After which, its ex-showroom price may start around Rs 6 lakh.

The Punch is offered by Tata in the compact SUV segment. In this segment, it competes with SUVs like Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger. Apart from this, it also competes with SUVs like Maruti Wagon R and Maruti Celerio.
