VinFast Increases Prices of VF6, VF7 Electric SUVs Months After India Launch

Seeing the demand for EVs in the Indian market, foreign brands have started the introduction and launch of their products in the Indian market as well. Similarly, the Vinfast cars have also been introduced in the Indian market with the launch of two electric SUVs in the year 2025. However, not many months have passed since the launch of the Vinfast VF6 and VF7 in the Indian market that the prices of these cars have been increased by the manufacturer.

VinFast has rolled out two SUV models in the Indian market, namely the VinFastVF6 and VF7, in the year 2025. The company has raised the pricing of the two SUV models in the current year.

According to reports, the price of both SUVs has been increased by up to ₹1.30 lakh. This increase has been made for the VF7, while the price of the VF6 has been increased by ₹90,000.

According to reports, the price of the basic model, Earth, has been hiked by ₹80,000. Moreover, the Wind model, along with the Wind Infinity model, has had an increase by ₹90,000.

According to reports, the manufacturer has also increased the price of the VF7 by ₹1.30 lakh. The price of the base variant, Earth, has been increased by ₹1 lakh. The price of the Wind variant has been increased by ₹1.2 lakh. The price of the top-spec Sky variant of this electric SUV has been increased by ₹1.30 lakh.

After the increase, the new price of the Vinfast VF6 starts at ₹17.29 lakh. The ex-showroom price of the VF7 starts at ₹21.89 lakh. These prices were previously introductory prices at the time of launch, but are no longer offered at these introductory prices, which is why the price has been increased.
