Sonali Phogat Was Given 1.5 Grams Of Drugs Mixed With Liquid, The Arrested PA Disclosed During Interrogation
According to sources, the accused have told that during the party, Sonali Phogat was given drugs from the same bottle.
BJP leader Sonali Phogat's drink was mixed with intoxicants during a party by two of her colleagues. Probably due to this Phogat died. Both of them are accused in the Phogat murder case. Goa Police gave this information on Friday. According to sources, interrogation of the accused has revealed that 1.5 grams of MDMA were prepared for the party by mixing it in a liquid to give to Sonali Phogat.
According to sources, the accused have told that during the party, Sonali Phogat was given drugs from the same bottle. A police officer said that we have sent viscera to FSL, once the report comes, then the whole thing will be clear. Goa Police have arrested Sukhwinder Singh along with his personal assistant Sudhir Sangwan in connection with the death of Sonali Phogat.
Drugs were bought from outside the club
Sources said that Sudhir had bought MDMA from a drug peddler outside the club. The order for this was placed earlier. Sometime before the party, the drug peddler came outside the club and gave these drugs to Sudhir. According to sources, Sangwan has told that two drug peddlers came on a bike and gave him drugs outside Curlis. Police are on the lookout for the alleged drug supplier to verify his statement.
CCTV footage revealed
The police have also got CCTV footage. Scrutiny of the footage revealed that Sonali Phogat was given some unpleasant substance as she could be seen dancing normally in the earlier footage. Let us tell you that BJP leader Sonali Phogat from the Hisar district of Haryana had gone to Goa with Sangwan and Singh on August 22 and stayed in a hotel here.
The family had expressed the possibility of murder
On the morning of 23 August, he was taken to the hospital due to ill health, but he died before reaching there. The doctors had then expressed the possibility of his death due to a heart attack. Sonali Phogat's family members had feared her murder from the very beginning and demanded a CBI inquiry.
