The film stars Dev Menaria , Daisy Shah, Arbaaz Khan, and Rahul Dev in prominent parts. The narrative is further strengthened by impactful performances from Raza Murad, Yukti Kapoor, Amiee Misobbah (Amiee Nazma Sultana), Hiten Tejwani, Mir Sarwar, Dimpu Baruah, Kalindri Das, Crosswell Timung, Jeet Raidut, and Amit Lekhwani, all playing important roles that add depth and authenticity to the story.

Bihu Attack tells the story of Raj Kunwar, a courageous and determined court martial officer from Assam, who dedicates his life to persuading various terrorist groups in the region to surrender and join the mainstream.
