Rajasthan Weather: The heat wave in Rajasthan has intensified. Maximum temperatures exceeded 36 degrees Celsius in several districts. Temperatures in western Rajasthan were recorded above normal.

The sun's heat is intensifying in Rajasthan, and temperatures are steadily rising. For the second consecutive day, maximum temperatures across the state were recorded above 36 degrees Celsius. On Wednesday, most districts in western Rajasthan hovered between 33 and 37 degrees Celsius.

Night temperatures also increased, with minimums in many cities settling at 16 degrees Celsius or above. Weather experts predict clear skies and bright sunshine, with temperatures likely to rise further over the next week.

Overall, above-normal temperatures were recorded in western districts during the past 24 hours. Maximum temperatures in Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Pali, Bikaner, Barmer, and Jalore remained above 33 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature was recorded in Barmer at 36.3 degrees Celsius, about 5 degrees above normal.

Jaipur too witnessed strong sunlight since morning, and the heat became noticeable during the day. Due to the intense heat, the mild coolness of the morning and evening has almost disappeared. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature in Jaipur was recorded at 18.2 degrees Celsius. Barmer recorded 19.6, Bikaner 20, Dungarpur 17.8, Pratapgarh 17.1, Chittorgarh and Udaipur 16.6, Jaisalmer 16.3, and Jodhpur 16 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures in major cities of the state - Maximum 31.5 and minimum 15.6 degrees Celsius in Ajmer, 31.9 and 14.9 in Bhilwara, 31 and 10.6 in Alwar, 30.8 and 18.2 in Jaipur, 32.5 and 13 in Pilani, 30 and 14.5 in Sikar, 31.5 and 15.5 in Kota, 33.8 and 16.6 in Chittorgarh, 31 and 16.6 in Udaipur, 36.3 and 19.6 in Barmer, 34.6 and 16.3 in Jaisalmer, 33.9 and 16 in Jodhpur, 33.6 and 20 in Bikaner, 32.6 and 13.6 in Churu, 31.9 and 14.4 in Sriganganagar, 32.6 and 12 in Nagaur, Baran. The temperature was recorded at 30.9 and 12.5 degrees Celsius in Jalore, 34 and 14.6 degrees Celsius in Sirohi, 29.1 and 11.7 degrees Celsius in Sirohi, 32.2 and 11.9 degrees Celsius in Fatehpur, 31.1 and 11.4 degrees Celsius in Karauli, 31.5 and 11.7 degrees Celsius in Dausa, 30.8 and 17.1 degrees Celsius in Pratapgarh, 30.7 and 15.2 degrees Celsius in Jhunjhunu, and 33.8 and 13.6 degrees Celsius in Pali.
