Ola Electric has launched MoveOS 2 for its over 50,000 customers of the Ola S1 Pro electric scooter. The software update is available to users as an OTA (over-the-air) update.

MoveOS 2 brings compatibility with Ola's "Companion" smartphone application. This app allows owners to access their scooters remotely through their smartphones. Features like charge status, range in mode, odometer reading, etc. have been given in this app.

The use of MoveOS 2 software in the Ola electric scooter will not only get rid of the bug in the scooter but as well as provide a better driving experience to the customers.

Ola had informed a few months ago that this update will be brought to the public in June and the scooters that have been dispatched will get the over-the-air update. The company is going to organize an event for this which will be organized at Ola's FutureFactory, during which Ola will also hand over scooters to those who complete the 200 km challenge.

Ola had also recently announced a contest, which claimed that it would offer an all-new Ola in ocher color to anyone who can cover a distance of more than 200 km on a single charge on its Ola S1 Pro scooter. S1 Pro will give Several owners participated in the competition and Ola presented around 100 electric scooters to the winners.

Let us tell you, after Hero Electric, Ola Electric has become the largest selling electric scooter company in the country. Last month, Ola Electric sold 9,127 units of scooters, while Hero Electric sold 13,023 units in the same month. However, the company has lagged behind in the month of May.
