The third and decisive match was played on Sunday night after the first two matches of the three-match T20 International series between West Indies and Ireland were washed out due to rain. In this match, West Indies achieved a spectacular victory by 62 runs. Batting first at Bridie Cricket Ground in Northern Ireland, West Indies scored 256 runs for the loss of five wickets, anchored by Evin Lewis's explosive innings of 91 runs off 44 balls. In response, the Ireland team was all out for 194 runs, losing seven wickets. With this win, West Indies clinched the three-match series 1-0.

Ireland did not get off to a good start while chasing the lofty target of 257 runs. The team suffered an early setback with captain Paul Stirling dismissed for just 13 runs. They were unable to recover, finishing with 194 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs and losing the match by 62 runs. Ross Adair scored 48, Harry Tractor added 38, and Mark Adair contributed 31 runs for Ireland.

Akeel Hussain took three wickets for 27 runs in four overs for West Indies, while Jason Holder claimed two wickets for 49 runs in four overs. Romario Shepherd and Roston Chase each took one wicket.

Earlier, Ireland won the toss and chose to bowl first. West Indies scored 256 runs for five wickets, with Evin Lewis hitting 91 runs off 44 balls, including eight sixes and seven fours. Captain Shai Hope scored 51 runs off 27 balls, aided by four sixes and four fours, while Casey Carty remained unbeaten with 49 runs off 22 balls, featuring four sixes and four fours.

This total represents the second highest score for West Indies in T20 Internationals. Their highest score was set on March 26, 2023, against South Africa (258 for five). For Ireland, Matthew Humphreys took two wickets for 16 runs in four overs. Had he been slightly more expensive, West Indies might have set their highest T20 score. Evin Lewis was named Player of the Match.
