'Cyber Security' exercise begins, over 100 participants taking part; Defense Ministry gave information
Cyber Security: The Ministry of Defense has started 'Cyber Security' exercise to strengthen the preparedness to deal with cyber attacks across the country. This exercise will teach the participants to work in a fast, safe, and effective manner by creating conditions like real cyber threats. More than 100 people from the army and security agencies are participating in it.



A nationwide 'Cyber Security' exercise began on Monday in order to enhance cyber security in the country. The exercise simulates 'real-world cyber threats' and aims to enhance readiness in the cyber domain all across India. The Defense Ministry provided this information.
This exercise is being carried out by the Defense Cyber Agency under the Headquarters Integrated Defense Staff. This exercise will be held in separate phases till June 27. It includes special training sessions, tests, and a special program for leadership.
The Ministry of Defense said in its statement that more than 100 participants from national agencies of the defense sector and other related parties are participating in this exercise. In this program, an environment will be created as if a cyber attack is actually taking place - fast-paced and a bit like a game. It will test the thinking power of the participants and their ability to work for security. Also, it will teach them the right ways to avoid cyber attacks.
