Volkswagen has launched a limited edition on the 50th anniversary of its popular hatchback Polo. This edition is based on the Style trim and its exterior and interior have been upgraded. The price of this car launched in Germany is 28200 euros. It has crystal blue metallic paint and a 3D '50' badge on the B-pillar. It has a 1-liter turbo-petrol engine.

Volkswagen has launched a limited edition of its popular hatchback Polo this year on its 50th anniversary. This is the second-from-base Style trim upon which this new edition is founded. It is upgraded both in the exterior and interior. It has been launched in Germany. Its price is 28,200 euros (about Rs 27.88 lakh).
The Polo Edition 50 gets Crystal Blue Metallic paint with a 3D '50' badge on the B-pillar. It is equipped with standard 16-inch 'Coventry' wheels, but customers can also get it with 17-inch Torosa wheels. It gets darkly tinted rear windows as well, which add to its premium touch.
Its interior is adorned with '50' badging on sports seat, steering wheel, front door sill, and dashboard. It also gets a panoramic sunroof as a feature. Besides that, two-zone auto AC, keyless entry, pedals with chrome finishing, ambient lighting, black headliner, front seat heating function, rearview camera, and drive modes have been offered.
The Volkswagen Polo Edition 50 uses a 1-litre, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol TSI engine. This engine generates 95 hp of power and 175 Nm of torque. Its engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
With the Volkswagen Polo Edition 50, the company is celebrating its 50 years of heritage. The crystal blue paint, '50' badging, and premium features like panoramic sunroof and two-zone AC make it a special limited edition.
