The latest episode of Bollywood's famous filmmaker Karan Johar's reality chat show 'Koffee With Karan 7' has been released. In the third episode of the show, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and South superstar Hasina Samantha Ruth Prabhu made a guest appearance. The episode turned out to be a blast and during this, Samantha talks about her divorce from her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya, as well as reveals many secrets about her personal life.

During the episode, when the show's host Karan Johar called Naga Chaitanya Samantha's husband, the actress immediately corrected him saying that he is an ex-husband. Karan asked the actress if things are friendly now between her and her ex-husband Samantha replied, "You mean if you keep both of us in the same room, you have to hide sharp objects? Yes, for now." The actress further revealed that her and Naga Chaitanya's relationship had turned bad. They could not live together even by mutual consent, so they decided to get divorced. Apart from this, Samantha jokingly said, "Karan is the reason for your unhappy marriage. You have portrayed life as K3G (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham). She is like KGF."

Karan Johar asked the actress about the social media trolling she faced after parting ways with her ex-husband. Responding to this, Samantha said that I really can't complain about it because I chose that path, I chose to show a lot of my life in front of people. When the divorce happened, I couldn't be too upset about it. They (fans) had invested in my life and it was my responsibility to answer them at that time. When asked how life is going after the divorce, the actress said, "It was very difficult, but now everything is fine. All is well. I am stronger than ever."
