The Meteorological Department indicates that within the next 24 hours, the maximum temperature in the state may decrease by 3 to 4 degrees. This change will also provide relief from the ongoing heatwaves in the state.
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning today for heavy rainfall in Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sirohi, and Udaipur. Light rain was also recorded in many cities across the state on Saturday. This shift in weather is expected to continue until June 20. After that, rainfall activities will increase throughout the state.
The maximum temperatures recorded in the state over the last 24 hours were as follows: The highest temperature reached 46.5 degrees Celsius in Ganganagar and Churu. Meanwhile, the temperatures were 44.4 degrees in Lunkaransar, 44.3 in Dausa, 46 in Bikaner, 42.8 in Chittorgarh, 43.2 in Kota, 43.8 in Sikar, 43.6 in Pilani, and 42.3 degrees Celsius in Jaipur.
