Jaipur, 20 Feb (SCNWire): Diana Moreno, the reigning Miss Globe 2024, has officially announced the launch of Miss Globe India, an event set to take place in August 2025 in Jaipur. During her visit, Moreno showcased traditional elegance by donning a lehenga designed by Madhuri Chetavani for a photoshoot, highlighting India’s rich cultural heritage. The winner of Miss Globe India will represent the country at the international Miss Globe pageant in Albania.
The announcement ceremony took place at V Sarovar Portico on MI Road, organized by Yogesh Mishra and Nimisha Mishra, Founder Directors of Jaipur Fusion Group and pioneers of beauty pageants in Rajasthan, including Miss Rajasthan. They were joined by Miss Globe Vice President Frankie Bozo and Moreno. The event featured a traditional photoshoot with Chetavani’s designs and a poster launch, attended by V Sarovar Portico General Manager Yatendra Negi, Frankie Bozo, and Yogesh Mishra, who unveiled the registration poster. This initiative aims to provide Indian girls with a platform to represent the nation on a global stage.

Yogesh Mishra noted that in the past, Miss Universe Sushmita Sen sent representatives to global pageants through her “I Am She” platform. Now, this prestigious responsibility has been entrusted to Yogesh and Nimisha Mishra, marking a significant milestone for Rajasthan. During her four-day visit to Jaipur, Moreno participated in various tourism promotion activities, emphasizing the importance of Miss Globe India.
