Sub-Inspector Recruitment Exam Paper Leak Case, Udaipur Chief District Education Officer and Son Arrested

In Rajasthan's controversial Sub-Inspector Recruitment Exam-2021 paper leak case, SOG (Special Operation Group) made big arrests on Saturday and apprehended Udaipur Chief District Education Officer Buddhisagar Upadhyay and his son Aditya Upadhyay.

The SOG inquiry in this case showed that both were part of the paper leak syndicate and played a key role in committing the irregularities in the test. Numerous controversial disclosures had already surfaced during the initial interrogation, for verification of which further investigation is being carried out by the SOG team. This arrest has sent a surprise in the education department. As per Jagran sources, arrested police officer Buddhisagar Upadhyay had assisted in running the whole racket through his son Aditya through misuse of his rank.

The SOG is now looking for other people involved in the case, and more arrests may be made soon. Earlier also many big names have come to the fore in this case, but the arrest of such a senior officer of the district level is considered to be the most important action so far.
