Hero MotoCorp has launched the teaser of the new Hero Vida VX2 electric scooters that will fall in its Vida series. It will be available in the Indian market from July 1, 2025. The new electric scooter from the company will be family-oriented with unique styling and features compared to the existing V2 series. However, the internal components found in it are expected to be the same in both.
It was spotted in early June 2025 when some details regarding its design were discovered. Its new teaser has now been released, in which slight details regarding its design have been discovered. It is designed to appeal to those people who are family-oriented. Modifications such as a small TFT screen, a physical key slot, flat single-piece seating, and varying switchgear have been noticed in it.
The Vida VX2's design and features will be distinct from V2's, but battery, motor, chassis, and electronics can be made common between them. The company can do that by utilizing current components and production capabilities to save costs. It can be available in different battery capacities and models.
Currently, the ex-showroom price of the Vida V2 line-up starts from Rs 74,000 and goes up to Rs 1.20 lakh. This price is lower than other electric scooters, and the company can bring it at a lower price than other electric scooters, due to which it more affordable than other electric scooters. Hero's Vida range has slowly made its place in the electric vehicle market, and sales figures are increasing every month.
