The 51st match of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 is being played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The match is being played between Zimbabwe and South Africa, but the outcome will not have any impact on the semi-final race. Currently, three teams have qualified for the final four. Zimbabwe is out of the semi-final race. Zimbabwe won the toss and decided to bat first. There was an interesting incident in the match where commentator Sanjay Manjrekar had a conversation with legendary spinner Harbhajan Singh.

When the South African captain began bowling and the Zimbabwean batsman hit a four and a six in the same over, Harbhajan Singh asked if a new rule could be introduced that would not consider more than two sixes in an over.

In response, Sanjay Manjrekar silenced Harbhajan Singh. He said, "You too have taken several hat-tricks on your cricket pitch and have taken more than two wickets in an over on several occasions. If wickets taken after two wickets weren't counted, none of your hat-tricks would be considered complete." Hearing this, Harbhajan Singh burst out laughing and was speechless.

Harbhajan Singh may have asked this question jokingly, but as a bowler, his pain is understandable. Bhajji has not only taken more than two wickets in an over many times, but he has also been hit for more than two sixes in an over.

It's worth noting that the outcome of this match will have no impact on the race for the semifinals. Zimbabwe reached the Super 8s undefeated, but their journey has been challenging so far. Only South Africa has reached the semifinals from Group 1, while both New Zealand and England have advanced from Group 2. Now, in addition to South Africa, the West Indies and India could also advance from this group.
