Lack of Vitamin B12 Can Trigger Anxiety, Irritability and Negative Thinking
Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Sometimes such thoughts start coming into our mind, which we neither like nor can stop, even if we want to. Usually, we consider it to be stress, fatigue, or mental weakness, but in some cases, it may not only be due to a bad lifestyle but also due to a lack of some nutrients, such as a Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Due to a bad lifestyle, we sometimes lack some nutrients, such as a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is one of the important nutrients of the body, which helps in making red blood cells, keeping the nervous system strong, and in the formation of DNA in the brain. It also affects neurotransmitters, that are related to our mood and ability to think.
This is the reason that if there is a deficiency of vitamin B12 in the body, then the person starts feeling anxiety, irritability, uneasiness, and depression. Also, negative thoughts start coming to mind repeatedly.
Several studies have revealed that vitamin B12 and other vitamins of the B-complex group act as "fuel" for the brain. Due to their deficiency, the brain does not get the necessary nutrition, due to which mood swings, lack of mental clarity, and negative thoughts start increasing. Gradually, this condition can take the form of depression and anxiety.
