Health system of many countries stalled; Ambulance waiting time 90 minutes in UK

The health system of many countries of the world has collapsed. In the countries which have world-class healthcare systems, the death rate of people is also increasing in the hospitals there. Britain's National Health Service (NHS) is not working properly, the condition is that those who have a heart attack have to wait for an ambulance for 90 minutes.
The situation in Canada is so bad that the charitable organization Red Cross was called to the children's hospital. Due to fewer staff, people associated with the Red Cross have worked. The death rate has increased by 10% in a span of just one year across Europe including Switzerland. Diseases increase especially in winter, during this time people need more care.
People call the health emergency number, but no one answers. The major reason for this is that the salaries of the nursing staff and doctors are very low, due to which they are looking for employment in other areas. Countries like Italy and Britain used to spend a limited portion of their GDP on health before Corona, and many times it was also cut. Therefore, the result of this is being suffered now.
During Corona, many hospitals stopped admitting non-Covid patients. The consequences of this are being suffered now. People did not get timely treatment and now their condition has become more serious.
NHS staffing has increased in the UK compared to 2019. There has been an increase of 13% in the number of doctors and 10% in the number of nurses. Despite this, the situation is not coming under control. Actually, patients have increased in winter, but parallel to that the nursing staff did not increase.
