Suchan Seth's estranged husband informed Goa Police that he was not permitted to meet their son after being charged with the death of their four-year-old child. In the afternoon, Venkat Raman travelled from Bengaluru to the Calangute police station to provide a statement for the case's inquiry. He added that for the previous five Sundays, he had not seen his kid.

According to an officer, Soochna's spouse Venkat Raman's statement has been recorded in this matter. He added that Raman had informed the Bengaluru family court that he and Seth were divorcing and that he had filed for divorce. During questioning, Raman stated that although Seth had denied him access to his son for the previous five Sundays, the court had permitted him to see him. Raman stated that the murder of his son occurred while he was in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Before this information, a message was reportedly found in Seth's bag. According to a Goa Police officer, on Friday, a note scribbled in eyeliner was found in Soochana Seth's bag. It stated that she killed the helpless youngster because she was concerned about who would get custody of her four-year-old son.
