Samsung new 5G phone launched in India, will be available with offers for Rs 16,499

Samsung Galaxy M36 5G has been launched in India. The new Galaxy M series smartphone comes with a 7.7mm thin profile and is equipped with an Exynos 1380 chipset. On the front, the phone has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy M36 5G has a triple rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It has a 5000mAh battery, which supports 45W wired charging.

Samsung Galaxy M36 5G 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant can be purchased at a discounted price of Rs 16,499 with bank deals. 8GB +128GB and 8GB+256GB variants will also hit stores with bank deals of Rs 17,999 and Rs 20,999, respectively. Customers will also get an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on bank deals. It has been unveiled in Orange Hedge, Serene Green, and Velvet Black colors. It will be available for sale in India from July 12 through Amazon, the Samsung India website, and select retail stores.

Samsung Galaxy M36 5G runs on One UI 7 based on Android 15 and is confirmed to get six generations of Android upgrades and six years of security updates. The phone has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It runs on the Exynos 1380 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage.
