Redmi K80 Ultra was launched in China on Thursday. It is designed for gamers and equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, which supports up to 16GB of RAM. It features a 6.83-inch 1.5K display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The phone has a 7,410mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. It also includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. For selfies, there is a 20-megapixel front camera. The Redmi K80 Ultra has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. 

The base model (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) is priced at CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 31,000). The 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB variants are priced at CNY 2,999 (around Rs 35,800), CNY 2,799 (about Rs 33,400), and CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs 39,400), respectively. 

The top-tier model, with 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage, costs CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs 45,400). It is available in China through the company's website in Ice Blue, Moon Rock White, Sandstone Ash, and Spruce Green. 

The Redmi K80 Ultra supports dual SIM (Nano + Nano). It features a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED screen (1,280×2,772 pixels) with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,560Hz PWM dimming, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and Xiaomi Shield Glass protection. Powered by a 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, it pairs with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. 

The device has an IP68 rating and runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. For selfies, there’s a 20-megapixel front camera in a centered punch-hole display. 

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Auracast, GPS, A-GPS, NavIC, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. It packs a 7,410mAh battery capable of 100W charging and features an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. The dimensions are 163.08×77.93×8.18mm, and it weighs 219 grams.
