Dausa Horrific accident: Bus collides with two trucks on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway; 45 people injured
Dausa: A road accident took place in Dausa district of Rajasthan. According to the information received, a private bus and two trucks collided on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. During this, about 45 passengers were injured in the accident. Four people injured in the accident have been referred to Jaipur and some injured have been sent to Noida and Delhi for treatment.
A private bus and two trucks collided in the Dausa district of Rajasthan on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on Thursday. During this about 45 passengers were injured in the accident.
Nangal-Rajawatan DSP Charul Gupta said that the bus of devotees was going from Ujjain to Delhi when the accident happened due to dense fog. The DSP said that more than 45 passengers on the bus were injured, out of which more than 20 have been admitted to Dausa District Hospital.
He said four people have been referred to Jaipur and some injured are being sent to Noida and Delhi for treatment. Gupta said the accident took place near Lahdi Ka Bas on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Dausa district.
According to police, the front portion of the bus was severely damaged due to the accident. Upon receiving information about a serious injury to a large number of people, on the instructions of District Hospital's Chief Medical Officer, Dr Deepak Sharma, additional doctors and staff were deployed there.
