Administration Cracks Down on Illegal LPG Refilling in VIP Colony, Savina, Udaipur

The administration has taken strict action against the illegal use and refilling of commercial gas cylinders in Udaipur. Under the instructions of the Collector, the Logistics Department team seized 6 commercial gas cylinders, which were being refilled illegally.

After the district administration banned the supply of commercial gas cylinders, the Logistics Department launched an intensive inspection drive. In this regard, under the supervision of District Logistics Officer Manish Bhatnagar, a surprise inspection was conducted in VIP Colony, Savina. During the inspection, Enforcement Officer Mansi Pandya, Enforcement Inspector Dr. Komal Singh Solanki, and other officials from the Logistics Department seized 6 commercial gas cylinders, which were being refilled illegally.

District Logistics Officer Manish Bhatnagar stated that further action will be taken in this matter by registering a case under the Essential Commodities Act 1955. Intensive investigations and actions will continue throughout the district to prevent illegal gas refilling and use.
