IndiGo placed an order for 30 more A-350 aircraft; now the number of such aircraft will increase to 60
IndiGo: IndiGo, one of the largest airline companies in the country, is expanding its international network. In this regard, it is preparing to operate flights to 10 new foreign cities with leased Boeing 787 aircraft in the current financial year.

IndiGo is further planning to increase its fleet size of aircraft. To this end, the aviation company signed an agreement with Airbus for 30 additional wide-body A350 aircraft. After this agreement, the total number of such aircraft has increased to 60.
Earlier, in April last year, the airline had placed a firm order for 30 A350 aircraft. At the same time, it had retained an option to order 70 more such aircraft. IndiGo CEO Peter Albers has stated that out of an option of 70 aircraft, it is now ordering 30 planes from companies.
