After the big move of SOG in the 2021 Sub-Inspector Recruitment Exam Paper Leak case in Rajasthan, BJP state president Madan Rathore stated that this issue is not just a legal violation, but an attack on the aspirations of lakhs of diligent youths. The arrest of former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's Personal Security Officer (PSO) Head Constable Rajkumar Yadav and his son Bharat Yadav in this scam has given rise to serious questions.

Madan Rathore said that as the Chief Minister, it is the moral responsibility of Ashok Gehlot to exercise utmost caution in the selection of people working with him. Before appointing a person to any sensitive post, it is mandatory to thoroughly investigate their integrity, conduct, and background. Especially in a post like PSO, where a person is directly in contact with high officials, any kind of negligence in appointment can bring serious consequences. This is not only an administrative responsibility but also a moral accountability.

The BJP state president clarified that the policy of the BJP government is very clear: no matter how influential someone is, no matter how high his reach is, everyone is equal before the law, and the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, zero tolerance has been adopted against the copying mafia, and as a result of this, the smallest and the biggest accused are being sent behind bars.

Madan Rathore said that securing the future of the youth is the top priority of the government. By giving the harshest punishment to the culprits, it will be ensured that in the future no person can dare to play with the sanctity of the recruitment processes in Rajasthan.
