Jaipur, April 12, 2026: The Pink City witnessed a vibrant display of cultural pride and active living today with the successful second edition of the ‘Marudhara Run in Saree’. Kicking off at the early hour of 5:00 AM, the event drew a significant crowd of women, all elegantly adorned in sarees as they embraced the challenge of running, embodying a powerful message of blending tradition with a healthy lifestyle.

A Flag-Off Filled with Dignitaries

The spirited run was officially flagged off by BJP Riddhi Siddhi Mandal President Deepa Nathawat, setting a tone of enthusiasm and support. The occasion was further graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Vice President Sunil Gaur, General Secretary Mahendra Bagdi, Minister Pushpendra Rajawat, Ruby Digital Director Alok Sharma, and the reigning Miss Rajasthan 2025, Twinkle Purohit. Miss Celeste 2025 winner Aditi Sharma was also among the notable attendees, adding to the event's prestige.

The event offered two categories: a 3 km Fun Run and a more challenging 5 km Run.
