OpenAI launches free AI training as 70% students use AI
OpenAI: This classroom AI course of ChatGPT provides information about AI concepts, privacy, legal complications, etc. so that the students who complete this course can use AI in a proper way in the future and do not get into any legal trouble.
As per a report by Amar Ujala, 70 percent of students all over the world are using AI. These AI tools used by students include OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google Gemini as well as many other tools. In view of this popularity, OpenAI has launched a free AI training course which is for educational institutions and media houses. This course has been named 'ChatGPT Foundations for K-12 Educators' which is specially designed for teachers so that they can give proper information about AI to the children in the classroom.
ChatGPT wants to give the student more information about AI concepts, privacy, and legal ramifications through this classroom AI course so that in the future, students who get this course can use AI properly and not get into any legal complications. Now, this course has been launched in the US and will further be made available in other countries. This course of Chat GPT is 1 hour long and has nine chapters.
This AI teacher training course has been conducted in about a dozen school districts; among them is Agua Fria Union High School District and Challenger School, a public high school in Avondale, Arizona, US. Initial results have been encouraging.
