Bike trampled the girl in Jaipur, death: Innocent was playing near the house, people caught the bike rider
In Jaipur, on Monday afternoon, a speeding bike ran over a girl child. In the accident, the girl playing outside the house died during treatment. People caught the bike rider after the accident. On reaching the spot of Shastri Nagar police station, the bike was handed over to the rider. Police have kept the body in the mortuary of SMS Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Dilip Singh said that Nisha (3), a resident of Painter Colony Shastri Nagar, died in the accident. She was playing outside the house at around 1 pm. Meanwhile, youths riding speed bikes trampled the playing girl. She fell on the road after being seriously injured in a bike collision. The local people caught the bike rider. In critical condition, the innocent was immediately taken to Kavatia Hospital. Where the doctors referred him to SMS Hospital. Nisha died during treatment at SMS Hospital.
Shastri Nagar police station reached the spot on the information of a road accident. People handed over the accident-prone bike rider to the police. The police took the young man along with the bike to the police station. Local people told the police that two-three youths were riding on the accident bike. Police are interrogating the accused youth. The post-mortem of the girl's body will be done in the mortuary of SMS Hospital.
