Seven Including Infant Die in Jaipur After Car Plunges Into Water-Filled Underpass
Rajasthan News, Jaipur Road Accident News: A tragic road accident took place in Jaipur, in which seven people of two families died. It is being told that a car went out of control and fell from the ring road.

Late Saturday night in Jaipur, seven people died in a horrific road accident. In the Shivdaspura police station area, a car went out of control from the ring road and fell into the water-filled underpass about 16 feet below. Two families in the car were returning from Haridwar.
Information about the accident came to light on Sunday afternoon when local people saw the car submerged in water in the underpass. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took out the bodies. All the bodies have been kept in the hospital mortuary for postmortem. This accident was so painful that there was mourning in the entire area. Police have started investigating the matter.
Regarding the accident, CM Bhajanlal Sharma wrote on social media that the news of the loss of life in a road accident in the Shivdaspura area of Jaipur is very sad and heart-wrenching. My condolences are with the bereaved family. May God give place to the departed souls in his lotus feet.
SHO Surendra Saini said that the deceased included taxi driver Ramraj Vaishnav, resident of Vatika Sanganer, his wife Madhu, and 14-month-old son Rudra. Along with this, his brother-in-law, Kaluram, a resident of Kekri (Ajmer), his wife Seema, son Rohit, and his 3-year-old grandson Gajraj also fell victim to this accident. According to the information, all of them were returning from Haridwar after immersion of ashes. This horrific accident happened on the way.
The accident happened late Saturday night, but it came to light on Sunday afternoon around 12:30 pm, when the local people saw a damaged car lying upside down in the underpass. Seeing the car submerged in water, they immediately informed the police. The police reached the spot and pulled out the car with the help of a crane. The police were also shocked to see 7 bodies inside the car.
Initial investigation has revealed that the car went out of control due to high speed on the ring road. After the collision, the car fell straight into the underpass, which was filled with water due to rain. Due to darkness and water, people did not know about the accident throughout the night.
All the bodies have been removed and kept in the mortuary of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital (MGH). After the post-mortem, the bodies will be handed over to the relatives.
