OpenAI will soon launch ChatGPT 5, with powerful features and advanced AI Chatbot

In November 2022, OnenAI's ChatGPT introduced people to a whole new world. Even though artificial intelligence (AI) was not a new concept, interest in generic AI skyrocketed with the popularity of ChatGPT.
People were surprised by how much AI Chatbot can make their work easier and others were worried about its negative aspects. From writing code and writing poetry to answering complex questions and even cracking some exams, ChatGPT has impressed the world and given some tech giants sleepless nights.
About six months after unveiling ChatGPT running on the larger language model GPT-3.5, OpenAI launched GPT-4, a stronger, smarter, and more powerful version of the earlier ChatGPT. Now, as per reports, the company may launch the GPT-5.
According to a report in Windows Latest, OpenAI has applied for a trademark indicating the upcoming GPT-5. The US trademark application is dated July 18 and suggests that OpenAI may be planning to unveil another major language model soon.
The report states that OpenAI has filed a new trademark application with the USPTO for 'ChatGPT-5', which is 'downloadable computer software for using language models'.
The report also states that while applying for the trademarks of GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, OpenAI also used the same wording in the application. Both were described as 'downloadable computer software for using the language model'. OpenAI may be ready to build an even more powerful version of ChatGPT. Although the company did not provide any further details and it is not necessary that OpenAI will decide to launch GPT-5 this year.
