Odysse HyFy Electric Scooter: Mumbai-based electric two-wheeler company Odysse has launched its most affordable electric scooter HyFy ever.

Odysse, the Mumbai-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled its most budgeted electric scooter ever called the HyFy. Its ex-showroom price has been valued in the range of approximately Rs 42 thousand. It is a low-speed e-scooter that has been designed to undertake quick commutes in metropolitan cities. The booking of the HyFy has been announced to begin on May 10, 2025, in all the dealerships and e-commerce websites of the country.
Odysse HyFy has two battery options - 48V or 60V - that drive its 250W motor. It has a top speed of 25 kmph and hence falls in the low-speed EV range. With a fully charged battery, the scooter operates between 70 to 89 km. The battery needs to be charged in 4 to 8 hours.
HyFy has employed the use of lithium-ion and graphene battery technology. This enhances its performance and durability. Keeping in mind the city traffic and small roads, this scooter has been made light and compact, so that it can be driven easily even in crowded places. It also has cruise control, an LED digital meter, and good boot space for everyday items. HyFy has been introduced in five attractive colors. Which includes colors like Royal Matte Blue, Ceramic Silver, Aurora Matte Black, Flare Red, and Jade Green.
The length of HyFy is 1790 mm, the width is 750 mm, and the height is 1165 mm. Its wheelbase is 1325 mm, and ground clearance is 215 mm. The seat height is 790 mm, and its total weight is just 88 kg (curb weight). Telescopic forks are provided in the front and mono-shock suspension at the rear. For braking, there is a 130 mm disc brake in the front and a drum brake at the rear.
On the occasion of the launch of the affordable electric scooter, Odyssey founder Nemin Vora said, "Our new low-speed scooter is proof that Odyssey is committed to innovation and sustainability. We want people from every class to adopt clean and smart mobility, especially those who do daily travel or delivery work while staying on a budget."
