Pre-bookings of Volkswagen Golf GTI starting tomorrow; Know about the features launching date

The car will feature the Volkswagen Golf GTI from the manufacturer with a two-liter TSI engine. The car will be capable of reaching in just 5.9 seconds a speed of 0-100 kilometers. The car will be provided with 265 horsepower and 370 Newton-meters of torque through the two-liter engine. The car will also be equipped with a 7-speed DSG transmission.

Many great features will be offered in the Volkswagen Golf GTI. It will have 12.9 inch infotainment system, 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster, audio system with seven speakers, wireless charger, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, ambient lights, panoramic sunroof, three zone climate control, rear AC vents, keyless entry, push button start, GTI badging, disc brakes in all four wheels, 18 inch alloy wheels, petrol tank of 45 liters capacity.

The new car will be made very safe. Along with this, safety features like seven airbags, ABS, EBD, hill hold assist, brake assist, electronic front differential lock, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, front assist, rear view camera will be provided in it.

Presently, pre-booking for this car will start from May 5, 2025. No information has been made public about the launch yet. But it is expected that it can be launched by the end of May or early June.

The exact price will be known only at the time of launch. The manufacturer will bring it to India as a CBU. In such a situation, the possible ex-showroom price can be around Rs 50 lakh. It will compete with premium cars like Mini Cooper.
