2. Next, click the Settings icon in the top right and select See All Settings.
3. From there, choose the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
4. Enter your Zoho Mail email address in the Forwarding section.
5. A confirmation link will be sent to your Zoho Mail from Gmail.
6. After clicking that link, all emails received in your Gmail account will appear in Zoho Mail.
7. You can forward as many emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail as you like.

When forwarding from Gmail to Zoho Mail, you can select what should happen to the emails received in your Gmail account. That is, if you wish, you can choose options like Keep Gmail's copy in Inbox, meaning the email should remain in Gmail, or Mark Gmail's copy, meaning the email will appear as read in Gmail, or Archive Gmail's copy, meaning the email will be archived in Gmail.
