Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat took the meeting of Disha, gave directions to the officials regarding water supply
Jodhpur News: The implementation of the central and state budget, development works, and solutions to public problems were discussed in the meeting. Special focus was given to major issues like water crisis, education, medical, health, road, and sanitation.
At the beginning of the summer season, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat instructed officials in Sunday's Disha meet on water supply in western Rajasthan as and when required. Public representatives of Jodhpur Phalodi district coming under the Jodhpur parliamentary constituency and departmental officials took part in the meeting. Implementation of the center and state budget, development, and redressal of public representatives' issues were discussed in the meeting.
At this event, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said preparations have been made to check the progress of all the Government of India schemes implemented by the state government. A Disha Committee meeting was convened today in order to obtain feedback on the preparations. All the issues have been discussed in detail. Especially in the issue of drinking water shortage, in the western region due to excessive heat, the drinking water issue exists in this region in the summer season. This issue too has been discussed in detail.
