The weather forecast for Rajasthan during the coming week indicates that due to thunder showers, the weather will remain mild in most parts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature will remain under 44 degrees Celsius in all areas. There is also relief for the heat wave. Besides this, there is likely to be strong wind, rainfall, and hailstorms in many parts of the state in the coming two days.

A yellow alert has been announced by Jaipur's Meteorological center on May 5 and 6 for 11 districts. It has been observed that rain has taken place in more than 15 districts while hail has been witnessed in many areas of Hanumangarh, Sriganganagar, Jodhpur, and Ajmer. Jaisalmer recorded the highest temperature in the state.

Due to the influence of a western disturbance, the weather has suddenly changed, with thunderstorms, rain, and hailstorms in many parts of the state. The storm and rain caused a significant drop in temperatures in many districts. The maximum temperature in several cities, including Jaipur, Alwar, Sikar, and Pilani, dropped below 35 degrees Celsius on Monday. In some places, the mercury dropped by up to 8 degrees in a single day. The change in weather was most pronounced in Alwar, where the maximum temperature dropped by nearly 8 degrees. Temperatures in Jaipur, Sikar, Pilani, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Kota, Tonk, and Ganganagar dropped by 4 to 6 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, daytime temperatures remained below 40 degrees in more than 20 cities across the state. On Monday, the lowest maximum temperature was recorded in Alwar at 31 degrees Celsius.
