The OnePlus brand has made an adjustment in the cost of its latest middle-of-the-road smartphone, the OnePlus 15R, which was launched last December 2025. This device is lower than the flagship OnePlus 15 in terms of the series. It began below ₹50,000 for its base version equipped with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage capacity. The price revision came amid reports speculating that OnePlus might only go online and potentially halt its smartphone business.

According to the OnePlus India website, the cost of the OnePlus 15R has been adjusted to ₹50,499 for its base version (12GB RAM + 256GB storage). The 512GB storage model is now available for ₹55,499.

The OnePlus 15R was launched in India at a starting price of ₹47,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. The 12GB + 512GB model was priced at ₹52,999. The company also offered launch offers for this smartphone, allowing Axis and HDFC Bank customers to avail card discounts.

These offers brought the original selling price of this mid-flagship phone down to ₹44,999 and ₹47,999 for the 256GB and 512GB models, respectively.

Comparing the old prices with the new ones reveals a price difference of ₹2,500 for both models. However, the company has not yet announced the new prices for the OnePlus 15R.

The OnePlus 15R's price hike has been expected for quite some time. In February, tipster Abhishek Yadav claimed that the MOP (Market Operating Price) of this mid-flagship phone would change soon, starting in March.

The OnePlus 15R variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage was initially expected to be priced at ₹51,999, while the 512GB variant was expected to be priced at ₹56,999. However, this did not happen.

Notably, compared to the 13R, the OnePlus 15R saw a price increase of approximately ₹5,000. This was due in part to the ongoing global shortage of memory components.
