New Kia Seltos Top Models Incoming: GTX(O), X-Line(O) with Premium Features Expected
Kia Seltos New Variants: Two new variants, the GTX(O) and X-Line(O), may be added to the Seltos lineup. These are expected to have even better features than the current top variant.
Kia is developing two new top versions of the Seltos: GTX(O) and X-Line(O). The information about these versions is mentioned in the Bharat NCAP crash test documents. However, the versions are not yet officially registered.
It is a good time for Kia to introduce the new versions of the Seltos. According to NDTV, the year 2026 has been a good year for the car, as it has been updated to reach 600,000 sales and a 5-star safety rating. Kia is currently trying to make this SUV more popular with the public through these models.
Just as the current top versions of the Kia Seltos are luxurious, the GTX(O) and X-Line(O) versions also promise to be luxurious. The Kia GT-Line version is also expected to have the same strong bumpers, alloys, and green brake calipers. The Kia X-Line version is also expected to maintain the same design with the matte paint.

The most talked-about features in these new models are likely to be the features. It's expected that Kia will bring back the head-up display technology, which was present in the previous Seltos but not in the new model. Additionally, the company could add features like a dashcam, an air purifier, and a memory function. All these features could make the new variants superior to the top-spec models.
According to NDTV, these new Seltos models will be fully focused on safety, as they recently received a 5-star safety rating. These vehicles will continue to have features like 6 airbags, ESC, disc brakes on all four wheels, and 360 degree camera as before. They can also be equipped with Level-2 ADAS, making them the safest and most advanced models of Seltos.
Talking about the engine, both the new models can have two options. The first will be a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine with a 7-speed automatic gearbox, and the second will be a 1.5-liter diesel engine, which can be provided with a 6-speed gearbox. Kia can launch both these models, GTX(O) and X-Line(O), by May or June 2026, with the expected price being between Rs 19 and 22 lakh.
