Mehbooba said- Salute to Rahul for Bharat Jodo Yatra

Former Jammu and Kashmir CM and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti praised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. She said that she salutes Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for starting the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Along with this, the Congress leader was also praised for paying tribute to Vajpayee. Mehbooba said- I have been invited to the Bharat Jodo Yatra. I will join this yatra in Kashmir.
Mehbooba spoke to reporters at the party headquarters on Monday. He said that we salute Rahul Gandhi for starting Bharat Jodo Yatra to unite India and strengthen and develop secularism and brotherhood in this country. Along with this, he also criticized the BJP-led central government for weakening and breaking the secular foundation of the country. Mehbooba said that the foundation of secularism and brotherhood in India has been shaken in the last seven-eight years.
Regarding Rahul Gandhi's tribute to former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he said that it is also a good gesture to pay respect to your opponents. It is the beauty of this country that tribute is paid to the opponents, whether they are dead or alive. However, it is missing now. Mehbooba also paid tribute to Vajpayee on his birth anniversary. On this occasion, he said that he always looked above politics.
Earlier, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti reacted to the clash with China in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. Accusing the Modi government, he said that the central government is not allowing the jawans to retaliate. Soldiers are being prevented from answering. This is a sorry state of affairs.
Mehbooba Mufti said that the government has no answer to China which is grabbing our land, but the government is snatching the land which has been provided on lease to the people in Jammu and Kashmir. A huge fraud is happening with the people of Kashmir. The government says that they are our citizens, and we cannot separate them from us, yet the government is taking their land.
