Marriage Ceremony of Minor Boys: Minor boys were married during the rains in Karnataka. The villagers claimed that it started raining half an hour after the marriage was solemnized. The entire population of the village gathered for the marriage of the minor boys and participated in the marriage. The boys who got married are class 5th students. All the rituals including tying the knot were performed.
When there is drought in any region, people resort to various beliefs for rain. To get rain, special worship is done to the gods and goddesses, otherwise, they resort to sorcery. Something similar is being seen in Karnataka.
To appease the rain god, a superstition game has started in the districts around Bengaluru. Due to the rains in the dry area, people are busy getting minor boys married here. Villagers have claimed that it started raining in Karnataka just half an hour after the marriage ceremony. The incident of marriage has come to the fore on Thursday and Wednesday.
For the marriage of minor boys, the entire population of the village gathered and participated in the marriage. The boys who got married are class V students. All the rituals including tying the knot were performed. People invoked the rain gods to bestow blessings and performed aarti by participating in the rituals. Minor boys were also given money as wedding gifts.
