India invites Pak Foreign Minister and Chief Justice: Called for SCO summit

India has sent an invitation to Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial to attend the SCO summit.
In fact, in September last year, India got the Presidency of SCO i.e. Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Because of this important meetings of the organization are to be held in India. However, the Foreign Minister and Chief Justice of Pakistan have not yet accepted the invitation.
If the invitation is accepted, it will be the first time in many years that people holding important positions in Pakistan will visit India. Representatives of 8 countries including China and Russia will participate in the SCO meetings to be held in India. The Chief Justices of SCO countries are going to meet in March while the foreign ministers are going to meet in May. The meeting of foreign ministers of SCO members in India will be held in Goa.
According to the report of The Express Tribune, the invitation sent by India has also been confirmed by the officials of Pakistan. According to the report, the Chief Justice and the Foreign Minister of Pakistan may send their representative instead of coming to India themselves.
Earlier in the year 2016, former Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali had cancelled his visit to India. At that time India did a surgical strike in Pakistan. After this, the tension between the two countries increased a lot. Jamali had written a letter saying that in the present situation, he cannot participate in the program to be held in India.
The chances of Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto coming to India are slim. In fact, on December 15 last year, Bilawal Bhutto had given a very controversial statement on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After which his effigies were burnt across the country. He had said that Osama bin Laden is dead, but the butcher of Gujarat is still alive and he is the Prime Minister of India. India strongly opposed this statement by Bhutto. Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said that perhaps Bhutto has forgotten 1971. On the other hand, India's Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi said that Bilawal is the representative of a failed country and has also failed himself. What more can you expect from people with a terrorist mindset?
The Prime Minister of Pakistan came to India for the last time in the year 2014 after many years. He was invited to the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It was seen as a new beginning between the two countries. However, this did not happen. PM Modi also visited Pakistan in the year 2015 after Nawaz Sharif's visit to India.
