Weather Change Brings Cloud Cover, Nights Turn Warmer Across Rajasthan
Rajasthan Rain Alert: The weather in Rajasthan has changed. Light clouds in many parts of the state caused fluctuations in temperatures. The clouds increased the minimum temperature, providing some relief from the morning and evening cold. On Sunday, more than 10 cities recorded minimum temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures dropped by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted a spell of snowfall this week and has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms and rain in six districts on January 22nd.



Because of the change in weather in the Rajasthan region, there have been light clouds in many places that have affected the temperatures. The clouds have raised the minimum temperatures, which have given some relief from the severe cold in the morning and evening. On Sunday, over 10 cities recorded a minimum temperature above 10 degrees.
However, the maximum temperatures reduced by 2 to 4 degrees. The Meteorological Department has forecast the arrival of Maawat in the state this week, for which a yellow alert has been sounded for thunderstorm and rain in six districts on January 22nd. During the last 24 hours, the sky was clear in Bikaner, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Kota divisions, while there were light clouds in Jaipur, Bharatpur, and Ajmer divisions. Due to the clouds, night temperatures increased in most districts of these divisions.
On Sunday, minimum temperatures remained above 10 degrees Celsius in Jaipur, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Kota, Udaipur, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Phalodi, Bikaner, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, and Jhunjhunu. The lowest minimum temperature of 6.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in Karauli. Fog was also observed in Alwar, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, and Jhunjhunu in the morning.
