First Step
First, prepare the beetroot paste for making lipstick. For that, boil fresh beetroot. After it is fully boiled, put it in a mixer and grind it. Keep the paste thick; if it is too thin, it will not set as a lipstick.
Second Step
After grinding the beetroot, prepare a lipstick base. To do so, take one teaspoon of coconut oil and half a teaspoon of Vaseline or shea butter in a double boiler and heat it adequately. Keep stirring because it melts in no time. After the two ingredients have mixed well, switch off the boiler.
Third Step
This is the most important step. You'll need to mix the beetroot paste into the lipstick base. Add the beetroot paste to the bowl with the lipstick base in it. Stir the beetroot paste thoroughly into the lipstick base. Stir until both ingredients are combined.
Step Four
Once both ingredients are mixed well, pour the lipstick into a small container and let it set in the refrigerator. If you have an empty lipstick or lip balm container, you can store the liquid in that. Store it in the refrigerator overnight and use it every day to safely achieve natural, glowing lips.
