Sikar Coldest in Rajasthan at 7°C as Winter Tightens Grip Across the State
Rajasthan Weather Update: Winter has arrived in Rajasthan. Sikar recorded a minimum temperature of 7°C, while Barmer was the hottest at 34.1°C. The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather and stable temperatures for the next week.
Winter continues to grip Rajasthan. According to the Meteorological Department, Sikar was the coldest place in the state, which recorded a minimum temperature of 7°C on Friday night. The temperature has also dropped sharply in many other parts of the state.
Ajmer recorded 8.1°C, Alwar 8.5°C, Lunkaransar 8.7°C, Churu 9.3°C, Pilani 9.5°C, and Jhunjhunu 9.6°C. Barmer was the hottest district, with a maximum temperature of 34.1°C.
The Jaipur Meteorological Center reported that the upper air cyclonic circulation over northern Haryana and surrounding areas has weakened, leading to dry weather across Rajasthan. The weather will remain dry for the next week, and no significant change in minimum temperatures is expected.
