Weather warning of storm and rain has been declared in 11 districts of the state today. It is raining continuously in the eastern part of the state due to the Western disturbance activated in the state. Rain with storm had even fallen on Tuesday as well in most of the districts along with the capital Jaipur.

On Tuesday as well as on Wednesday, a warning of light rain with high winds has been given in 11 districts of the Jaipur, Bharatpur, Kota and Udaipur regions of east Rajasthan. The severe heat spell is going to resume in Rajasthan from May 15 after that. The state's maximum temperature is likely to touch 45 degrees and heatwaves will continue. Particularly its maximum impact will be felt in the border districts. In Rajasthan, the temperature reached its highest in Barmer located along the Pakistan border in the starting half of May.

The maximum mercury here had reached 47 degrees. But after this, due to the activation of Western Disturbance in the state, rain and hailstorm occurred in many areas of the state, which led to a sharp drop in temperature. But now the heat of the mercury has started increasing once again. In the last 24 hours, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded in Bikaner at 43 degrees. The amount of humidity in the air is between 30 to 50 percent.
