Muslim leader's tone changed after BJP's victory, said - Modi will become Prime Minister for the third time also

Badruddin Ajmal wanted to form an alliance with the Congress for the next general elections but due to strong resistance from the Assam Congress leadership, AIDUF was not included in the opposition I.N.D.I.A block. He said that I had thought that Congress would win at least in three states. If we look at the results, it is clear that Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time.

Muslim leader's tone changed after BJP's victory, said - Modi will become Prime Minister for the third time also

After BJP's victory with the majority in three states, the tone of All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal has changed. He said that BJP's victory in the assembly elections of three states has proved that Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister for the third time.

Reacting to the results, Ajmal told the media on Monday that he did not expect the BJP to perform well in the state elections, according to news agency IANS. He said, "I had thought that Congress would win at least three states. If we look at the results, it is clear that Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time."

Ajmal also criticized Assam Congress president Bhupen Bora, saying, "He has no capacity to lead the party in Assam. He should immediately resign from his post." Ajmal accused the state leaders of the Congress party of working at the behest of the BJP.
