In the report titled The Job Search Process A Look from the Inside Out, it has been told that in today's time, employees are preferring hybrid work culture more than salary. This makes them feel more independent and increases productivity. Along with this, the relationship between the employer and the employee also remains good.

Remote working and flexible working hours are being preferred by employees over salary. Experts say that this is helping companies a lot in attracting and stopping new talent.
The report titled 'The Job Search Process: A Look from the Inside Out' states that a third of the survey participants have opted for hybrid and remote working. Also, 71 percent of people say that they feel more independent in working from home.
1810 people participated in this survey. Of this, 561 were employees and 1,249 were job seekers. This survey has been done by the job site Indeed India. 63 percent of job seekers surveyed said they chose hybrid working. 51 percent of the companies are providing such facilities to their employees.
Sumit Sabarwal, CEO, TeamLease HRTech, said, “Companies should use this kind of flexibility for talent management and it will also improve the employee-employer relationship.
Annanya Sarthak, who runs Awing, a job search application for gig workers, said, “Job seekers today are looking for jobs that offer flexibility and a work-life balance.
Jayita Roy, VP, of recruitment firm Adecco India, said her company's hybrid work policy benefits employee productivity and satisfaction. The company should promote hybrid culture. This helps in blocking good talent.
