Four people from America who had gone to Mexico were kidnapped on Friday i.e. March 3. Of these, 2 died. Officials told that 2 people have been rescued. He has been brought back to America. Both the rescued people are injured, and the condition of one is said to be critical. He has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
In this case, the police arrested a 24-year-old accused. A police officer said – We have found the bodies of Jindal Brown and Shaid Woodard. At the same time, Latavia Tay McGee and Eric James Williams were found injured. All the accused related to this case are being searched.
According to reports, the four had gone from North Carolina to Matamoros, Mexico, to get cosmetic surgery and buy cheap medicines. Soon after they reached Matamoros, some unknown people started firing on them. After this, they were dragged and put in their car and taken away.
A shootout also took place during the kidnapping that took place on March 3. A Mexican woman was also shot in this. He had died on the spot. At the same time, American officials believe that 4 American people have accidentally become victims of kidnappers. They thought that the white van in which the Americans are travelling belonged to Hattie's drug smugglers. The area where the Americans were kidnapped is quite famous for crimes.
The case of the kidnapped American citizens in Mexico had caught so much attention that even the White House was keeping an eye on it. After the news of the death of two people came out, the spokesperson of the White House said – Our condolences are with the families of the Americans who died. Prior to this, White House Press Secretary John Pierre said that kidnapping and harassment of American people in this way will not be tolerated at all.
When the four Americans could not be rescued even after four days of hard work, America's Investigation Agency FBI announced a reward for the help. The agency has said that whoever gives information about the kidnapped people will be given Rs 40 lakh as a reward.
