Amazon's Great Summer Sale starting soon; Up to 80% discount will be available; Know how you will get early access

Amazon Great Summer Sale 2025 will be launched on Thursday at midnight (12 pm IST) for Amazon Prime members. Discounts and offers will be available to all from 12 noon. There will be up to 80% discount on products from various categories such as electronics, fashion, home decor, and kitchen products. Amazon has also tied up with HDFC Bank that will give extra instant discounts on purchases through credit card and EMI payment. Other than that, prospective purchasers will also be able to avail themselves of coupon-based offers.

Shoppers with Amazon Prime subscription will be able to access the Great Summer Sale 2025 starting midnight (12 pm IST) on May 1. In case you aren't a Prime user yet, you'll need to wait 12 hours only, by which time the sale is available to everyone.

Amazon did not reveal the end date of Great Summer Sale 2025, but it is expected to last for a few days. However, if you know what you want to buy and the prices are low, it may be better to shop before the stock runs out.

For this you must have an Amazon Prime subscription. The monthly price of Amazon Prime in India is Rs 299 and the price for three months is Rs 599. At the same time, the price of a yearly subscription is Rs 1,499. There is also a 30-day free trial for new users. Customers can buy the Prime Lite plan for one year for Rs 799 or the Prime Shopping Edition plan for one year for Rs 399. Apart from free shipping, Prime members will also get access to Prime Video and Prime Music.

The e-commerce website has started teasing offers through a dedicated microsite. Amazon Great Summer Sale 2025 is said to offer up to 40% discount on smartphones and accessories and up to 60% discount on tablets. Apart from this, up to 65% discount will be available on home appliances, smart TVs and projectors. Customers will get up to 40% discount on travel bookings.

Mobile phones and accessories from Apple, iQOO, OnePlus, Samsung, Realme, and Xiaomi will be available at low prices. Handsets like Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, iPhone 15, and OnePlus 13R are already listed with discounts. Galaxy A 55 5G and Galaxy M35 5G will also be available at discounted rates during the sale.

You will get a chance to buy 43-inch Xiaomi Smart TV A Pro and 55-inch Sony Bravia 3 Series 4K Ultra HD TV at a lower price during the sale. There will also be offers on Amazon devices in the sale.

Amazon is also offering 10% instant discount on purchases made through HDFC cards and EMI transactions. Buyers will also be able to get no-cost EMI offers and offers on Amazon Pay ICICI credit card purchases. Apart from this, customers will also get exchange discounts and coupon discounts.
