The Gen2 Ola S1 Pro e-scooter gets a new platform shared with the new Ola S1 Air. The new platform has changed from a tubular frame to a hybrid frame architecture. Ola says the new platform uses about 70 percent fewer parts, which helps reduce weight by 14 percent and gets a double-sided swingarm instead of the single-sided unit seen on the older model.

The Gen2 Ola S1 Pro will continue to get a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with all the major controls, which can be accessed via touch or switchgear. Ola Electric has also updated the battery for better insulation and a 25 percent improvement in thermal performance.

0-40 kmph now comes in 2.6 seconds, while 0-60 kmph on the scooter comes in 4.3 seconds. The top speed of the scooter has increased from 90 kmph to 120 kmph.

Its power has increased to 11 kW (peak) or 14.7 bhp, while continuous power output from the mid-drive electric motor is 5 kW (6.7 bhp). In contrast, the Gen1 S1 Pro offered a peak power of 6 kW (8 bhp) and a continuous power of 2.7 kW (3.6 bhp). Talking about the range, its range has increased from 181 to 195 on a single charge.
