Toyota Innova Hycross Gets Those Features That Mahindra XUV700 Misses, Know How Similar Both Are

Powering the Innova is a 2-liter petrol engine, which can be optioned with hybridization by adding electric motors and a smaller battery pack. The vehicle manufacturer claims a fuel efficiency of 21.1kmpl. It also gets paddle shifters which are not present in Mahindra. It can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in under 10 seconds. The XUV700 is powered by turbo-petrol and diesel engines, which generate a lot of torque over the petrol-hybrid option of the Innova.

The bigger variant of the Innova Highcross has a six-seat configuration. While the XUV700 comes with two (five-seater) and three rows (seven-seater). The Innova is a three-row model. Officially, Toyota lists its third row as a three-seater bunch.

The company offers the Toyota Innova Highcross with a powered tailgate, which can be opened or closed with just the touch of a button. The XUV700, on the other hand, gets a conventional tailgate that needs to be opened manually or closed with hands. Only the latch can also be electronically released or locked.

Let us tell you that the Highcross has ventilated front seats, which are available in the SUV 700. If you are looking for a comfortable car for yourself, then it is found in many cars in the range of Rs 10-15 lakh. But this is not in the Mahindra SUV 700 present in the Indian market.
